  • "This place is better than advertised! We loved the hosts and would plan a trip just to stay here again. It's a very clean space with incredible views. 20 minute walk down stairs to the walls (lots of stairs to get back up). Totally worth it.."

  • "We had a lovely stay at Rosetta apartment. Initially it was a little hard to find because of where the taxi driver dropped us, but once we were there everything was great. Marija was very helpful, and her homemade liqueur helped us settle in. Nikola was also very helpful, and booked a taxi to take us to the airport when we left. The setting was great, with lovely views from the peaceful terrace. The jacuzzi was a real bonus, and was very welcome to relax in after the climb up the steps to the property. Thank you very much.."

  • "Rosetta was a lovely host. The air bnb is exactly like the pictures, the hot tub and terrace are so lovely and have beautiful sunset views. It's 15-20 min walk into Old Town via about 200 stairs, but if you're tired in the evening and don't want to walk up then an Uber was only about 4/5euro. All of the amenities were in good working order and there were shops nearby to pick up basic groceries/fresh bread etc. Would definitely recommend!"

By the end of our week stay our legs and butts were made of steal from this daily stairs workout. There is a grocery store 5 minutes away and a bigger market store with everything about 10 minutes away. Everything was close and within walking distance. Cute little apartment with everything we needed. Would stay again :-)"

  • "We have a fantastic stay at this apartment! We were greeted by the host, who was really friendly and helpful. She gave us a very thorough welcome, she showed us round the flat, explained how to use all the appliances and provided us with lots of great local tips of places to eat and things to do. Our first night we tried out a restaurant she recommended called Moskar, which was fabulous and reasonably priced! The flat itself was spacious, very clean and had great appliances, the kitchen was very well equipped and there was also a washing machine and dishwasher. The terrace was a lovely place to sit out with a morning coffee. The flat was located within walking distance of the main entrance to the old town (Pile Gate). The only downside is it is up lots of steps but we were pre-warned about this and Dubrovnik is very hilly so this is hard to avoid wherever you choose to stay!"

The owners are lovely people who give you your own space but live close by and are happy to give helpful tips about buses and how to get to places in the city. The apartment is perfect for a couple who want to visit Dubrovnik, the old town is 20 mins walk and Belle vue beach is 30 mins walk its in a great location which is quiet but close enough to get around on foot. It is also very close to a supermarket and good bus links to go to Lapad. I would highly recommend this apartment."

We really appreciated the extra amenities (washer and outdoor drying) for fresh laundry mid-way through our trip. The apartment is about a 15 minute walk from Old Town and there is a little supermarket about a 5 minute walk away that is open until midnight if you want to make your own meals or have a drink on the patio. The whole place was extremely clean, and Rosetta was such a wonderful host."

As others have mentioned there are a lot of stairs in Dubrovnik so if thats a problem for you staying high on the hill is not a good idea. It's a good 15min walk down to the old city. The hosts are lovely and try to be as helpful as possible. My ferry didn't leave until 4pm and they let me stay until then which was most appreciated."

It was easier to park on the main road, rather than turn into town and navigate small roads - just stay on the main road that passes above town, find a public spot near the small red/white sign for Apartment Rosetta, and walk down the stairs.” "

But her son accompained us to the car and showed us where to park. He even carried one of our baggages to the appartement! The appartement is very cleand and the view form the terrace is great. It is some stairs from the old part of the city away. We actually found that a perfect walk after having great dinner in the center! ;) Rosetta recommended us the Restaurant "Mostar" to eat. The food and wine were great! We would come definitly again!"

  • "Roseta made us feel so welcome. This apartment is immaculately clean and the patio is a perfect place to sit and soak up the views over this magnificent city. You don't need a car, as it is only 10 mins walk to the old city. We even walked back up the hills for the exercise. No need to go to the gym! We loved Roseta's attention to detail. The little extras that she provided made our stay so much easier. This has been the best apartment & host that we have stayed with."

Apartment had everything we needed, and provided a very quiet place to sleep. Outside terrace area was great, we made use of it to drink tea and eat some great food. If you are going to Dubrovnik, this is the best place to stay."

  • "We enjoyed our time in this sweet space and everything was as shown in pictures. We loved the patio with a great view and it was situated in a quiet part of town. I would say if you are traveling by car do not take the "lower road" directly in front of the house as it was barely passable for our car and became quite stressful trying to get out of it. It is VERY narrow! However, the road above the property was great and we had no problems finding a parking space. I would arrange to get directions to travel this road before arrival. The host was great and all in all a lovely place to stay."
